Mohammed lives at Madanpur Khadar, in a highly marginalised slum in South Delhi, not far from the Yamuna. They have neither water nor electricity, and live in fragile homes made of cardboard and plastic sheets, collected all over the place. The criminal fire of April 2018, targeting the Rohingya refugees living in the area, broke out just next to where they live.
